Yes, absolutely. We recommend sample-first ordering for all new buyers. We build one complete prototype to your exact tech pack, with your branding, and ship it express to your door.

We work with genuine full-grain and top-grain cowhide, sheepskin (lamb nappa), and goat leather. Every quotation specifies the exact hide origin, thickness, and finish.

Yes. 100% of our production is private label. We supply and sew woven labels, attach branded hangtags, deboss leather logos, and pack in custom retail polybags or gift boxes.

Sample prototyping typically takes 5–7 working days. Bulk production takes 15–25 working days depending on quantity. Express air shipping to the USA and Europe takes 4–6 days door-to-door.

Every single piece is inspected piece-by-piece against the approved physical sample before packing into moisture-resistant export cartons.

We are based in Sialkot, Pakistan, one of the world's established leather manufacturing hubs. Rather than a general site visit, we verify production directly on your order: a physical sample before bulk starts, progress photos or a video call during the run, and full documentation with your shipment. Most international clients find this gives them more certainty than an in-person visit would.

The physical sample you sign off is the reference every piece is checked against before packing. If something in your delivery doesn't match that approved sample, send us photos and we will repair, replace or remake the affected pieces. We would rather fix it properly than argue about it.

Yes. Custom patterns, tech packs, artwork and samples you send are used only to produce your order. We do not resell your custom designs or offer them to other buyers, and we are happy to work under a mutual NDA if your company requires one.

Quotations are normally prepared on CIF or DAP terms to your nearest airport or door, with the exact Incoterm stated on the quote. Import duty and local taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide the full commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for customs clearance.

Samples are quoted individually: the cost depends on the product and any custom tooling, and the price plus lead time is confirmed before we begin. Custom, non-catalog products are welcome: send a reference photo, sketch or tech pack and we will advise the minimum order quantity for that specific item.
